Hmm.. I have my Dad coming over from Australia so I may be able to swindle a trip to a dark sky site. Staying the Sunday night might be harder though but I'd be curious to use the Polarie for this and am not sure if using an LP filter would be of much use if I was to be stuck at home.

This year probably will be another cloud filled day. oh well. i'll try as usual.

I always watch the Geminids because in winter, Beijing usualy has a better chance of clear skies.
