i didn`t get many frames for this one as compared to me other 2 photo`s managed this week- registax stacking not so nicely for some reason- might have another go when the clouds clear again

Well, It's blue, but then, so is everything else. That is not intended to be facetious, merely that Neptune is blue, and would have been more readily identifiable by standing out against the other stars.

Still, you did well to image it, even though it is a bit blurry. Try again Ian, you may improve it next time.
