The filter alone is probably worth the current bid price. I wouldn't be surprised if this one went for £60+.

They are going for stupidly high prices. I'm just glad I brought a stockpile from Morgans when they were dumping their old stock for £5 each.

£60-100 for a low spec basic obselete webcam is just daft

Yes, though not as high as they were a couple of months back I don't think. I did see some go for well over £100. Could just be a seasonal thing though. Perhaps they're a bit cheaper now because not so many people are using their kit, or because there's not that much planetary imaging to be done. Or even just because of the weather, I guess.

ANY-BODY GOT ANY VIEWS ON CELESTRON NEX-IMAGE SEEMS LIKE YOU GET ALL SOFTWARE AND YOU CAN CONTROL GAIN CONTRAST EXPOSURE TIME THESE LOOK PRETTY GOOD AND THEY ARE NOT VERY HEAVY.

The Neximage camera is the same sensor as the SPC900 AFAIR. I think they got somewhat ignored when you could get an SPC900 for £5 or the Neximage for something like £125.

im not having much luck trying to get one went to 70 quid some-one bid 102 quid + postage dont make sense i must be bidding too early or something,i think these would suit me for a starter.
