WO FLT98 and WO FF 68?

Are there any imagers out there that have got these two to work together successfully? I have a FFIV but sometimes I need the full focal length and cover a bigger chip. I have heard that the pairing is not ideal, even though WO suggest the two work together. I would love to hear from someone who has direct experience.

For info, I eventually tried this combination myself and found that I needed about 11mm (10mm spacer + 1 mm delrin ring) to get the optimum flatness between the flattener and camera. The end result was fine.
