Simultaneous Transit - Venus and Hubble Pics

I have to admit - a solar transit by a planet seemed to me not that exciting (the event may be but the view not).

But what you caught? Now THAT'S exciting! A planet plus a man made object is truly a worthy event.

That's very cool. Reading the text the HST transit was only 0.9 seconds !! So to have caught it is truly impressive

Sweet. A double transit. I just noticed it's by Thierry Legault, I wonder if he flew all the way to Australia to catch this double transit.
