Got one!!

Out of 103 rubbish images of me trying to capture a Perseid I got one on the very last image I checked! (Was getting abit tedious looking at nothing!)

My camera isn't really made for this kind of thing, so theres alot of artifacts on the image - But hell I don't care...I CAUGHT ONE!!

I remember this one too! It left a nice trail after it had gone for about 3/4 seconds.

You can see in the trail where it must have skimmed the atmosphere or something, it seems to fade abit then brighten.

Nice one Kain, Well done mate.

This year I found very difficult. Very few around during the 5 hours (over two nights) that I watched.

Think I got 4 out of around 150 frames.
