NEQ6 hand controller cable

Good evening all,

I don't know if I can live with it anymore! My handset cable is driving me insane. Damn curly lead is getting tangled and could do with being longer. I am a little worried about stretching it out in case I do any damage. Does anyone know if there is a longer, straight replacement available?

Assuming the handset is the same as on my HEQ5Pro you can use a cat5 patch lead and an appropriate coupler.

Strange mine never gets tangled up, I plug it in and then sit the controller in to its cradle, which is located on the same side as the plugs etc so west side I guess.

I got mine so I can run mount , camera and focuser from laptop at safe distance from the tripod ,

And when shooting Sun I can now leave scope O/S and have lappie indoors in the shade avoiding reflections and sunstroke

On the NEQ6 Pro it is a straight DB9 male to female extension lead
