How hot is your shed?

That reflective insulation looks very interesting Could do with some more insulation in our bungalow roof - that can be attached to the roof rafters.

I had 34 deg c outside yesterday in the shade and 40 deg c reading on the ccd temp sensor in the observatory. I must look at getting some insulation for the obs roof as it radiates a lot of heat.

Cloudy all day here. 15°C inside and 16°C in the Obsy - the difference probably due to the error between two different thermometers.

Ive had it above 40C in my obsy (wooden), the scopes have never suffered but the PC has over heated many times and shutdown. From May onwards I take a side panel off the PC and have a 14" fan blowing in the open case, I also prop the door open during daylight hours to get some air circulating, if Im planning on an imaging session the roof is half opened once its out of direct sunlight.
