mount (or duel mount) scope + camera on astrotrac

in my quest for little better photos id like to duel mount a small scope for guiding (most likely the megrez as i have it spare) with a dslr onto the astrotrac (on a az3) what ways can i do this?

May be you can piggy back your dslr on your Megrez?

I was thinking that but how would I go about it. I basacally have 2 options. Duel mount or piggy but what about the connection between the astrotrac and thrscooe/ camera?
