Cocoon Neb 31st July-1st Aug - 350D - A fair result ??

The conditions were not very good to image this object. Haze and a full moon.

130mm APO , 20 X 2.5 mins at 800 iso.

This is my first go at IC5146 - dark sky and longer subs would have brought out more detail.

I think you did very well indeed. And the 350D mod certainly makes a difference capturing the red.
