Celestron 130eq md

Hi guys was wondering if anyone had any knowledge of this scope ive had it now for a couple of months and im really pleased apart from the fact im having some serious issues setting up the tracking speed i have made sure that the scope is alligned correctly but i am still loosing stars to the east out of the eyepiece which ever way i try adjustment on the control knob im just trying to gather as much info ready for the next clear sky to be able to try and sort it .

Any help would be appreciated .
