Which are the best double stars to view?

Mizar A and Mizar B if you go on a high enough magnification.

Also Almak (Gamma Andromedae) in Andromeda - although dissapearing from view soon, it's a really beautiful sight - a large bright red star with a small little green/blue one next to it.

And if you wanted something more challenging for a 90mak, try Polaris and its baby brother or try Rigel, which despite being virtually gone until winter now, is nevertheless a hard test for a 90 (it was for my eyes anyway).
