Mirror Diagonal V's Prism (on a budget...)

Afternoon All,

I'm thinking of replacing the bog-standard 1.25 inch prism diagonal that came with my Nexstar 5 with a mirror diagonal but I'm on a budget (aren't we all !). I noticed that Antares do a 1.25 inch mirror diagonal that is sold by Scopesnskies through e.bay and on their own web site. They go for around £20 which seems amazing - does anyone have any experience with them ? - are they any good ? - or should I stick with my prism until I can afford a premium mirror diagonal ?.

Generally I stick to the "you gets what you pays for" and "if it seems too good to be true...it probably is" rules but you never know -this could be a real bargain !.

Cheap mirrors tend to be easier to make than cheap prisms, so I reckon you'd get more for you money if you got a mirrior?
