My viewing skies not too bad in back garden apart from neighbours decking lights and 2 yorkshire terrier's constant barking all time that anoying.

front garden street lights too many live near buss shelter with bright light

cant view skies properly.

I view skies south to west most as less polluted lucky live near beck flood banks area so no street lights.

Actually, the campaign for dark skies IS making some progress. There is an area designated as a "dark park" (or some-such name) on Exmoor and the town of Dulverton not far from here had a "lights out" session as part of the TV stargazing programme. All the lights in the town were turned off at the prescribed time (except those that couldn't be). It was awesome. Unfortunately that night of the three was cloudy.

It is great to see that light pollution is being taken notice of at last.
