Milky Way, Jupiter and Scorpius

Recommended Posts

Took this one about 4 weeks ago (from COAA in Portugal). Had to Photoshop out most of the sky glow (hence the "flaming bush" effect in the bottom corner). But quite pleased with the way the Milky Way above Sagittarius has come out. I can count a few Messiers in the image (M4, M6, M7, etc) and the main star fields in the Milky Way seem to have come out. Not a perfect image by any means, but starting to get pleased with what I see.
