Hey guys . Just found this site while google a telescope i was recommended. I am hopefully going to pick up later tonight.

Site look great and seem very helpful.

I am a very new at all this. I have been a recommended a Skymax 90 from a local observatory.

What do you guys think of this as a Starter scope with some future scale ability .

welcome to sgl it's good for lunar, planetary and double star viewing and will get a few brighter dso's enjoy.

was getting the skymax 90 last week second hand but couldn't agree on a price with seller ,is it the table top tripod or full tripod with it? had a quick look when trying to barter with him was a nice crisp scope .hope you enjoy it .

Got it must say i am very happy so far. Been looking at the moon. seems to wabble a bit tho. but ill look more at it later.
