First H-alpha image through PST.

Hi All,

First attempt at imaging through my recently purchased PST. I'm still waiting on DMK41 to arrive so tried eyepiece projection with a DSLR.

DSLR is a 7D mounted to 8mm Baader Hyperion, then the PST. Tracked by hand.

Captured a 1280x720 movie using Monochrome setting (otherwise it blooms in colour). MOV converted to BMPs then stacked in Registax6, something like 800 frames. No, not ideal I know, but it's a start.

That's a cracking start Ian. I captured my first H-alpha today and I hope it turns out as well as yours.
