At last a hole in the clouds

Recommended Posts

Two days ago, clear sky for 2 hours. M51 -30 subs @ 60 secs, iso 1600. 6.3 FR to obtain wide angle. I think it gives a greater feeling of space than close up.

Hi Robin

That is a lovely image. I particularly like space around M51. Very aesthetically pleasing.

Greta image Robin. I see what you mean about the wide angle - certainly gives a feeling of peering into the depths of space.

I said the same thing about Rog's M27 image Robin. I love to see them in a large expanse of space. Wonderful display that.

Hi Daz

The way to do it is to be standing by your back door, QUIETLY, scope in one hand and camera in the other and as soon a God draws his curtains to look at his planet Earth, RUSH OUT !!!!
