I've just ordered a SW 150P Dob and it is due to arrive tomorrow.

Any overnight cloudyness over the weekend around Milton Keynes is purely co-incidental.

Yeah, good luck and happy viewing. I got my scope and mount yesterday and had a wonderful night although this part of the woods is heavily polluted.

Weather permiting, you should be able to catch Saturn rising in the east from about 11ish onwards. Spica will be about 3cm to her right. I was able to see quite clearly Saturn and her moons last night even with my smallish refractor and looking directly across the city centre!

Now my scope is riding around in a lorry all aftrenoon and I can't pick it up till after 6pm. Hope he drives carefully.

I got my scope about 6 weeks ago and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. So far I've only really looked at Jupiter, Saturn and the Orion Nebula but they're amazing sights.
