Hello.

I have been a rookie astronomer for some time now, and I thought this would be a good way to start learning a little more. I have a Orion XT8 and a few eyepieces. The biggest of which is a 40 mm Plossl that I got with a set of 5 eyepieces and a 2X Barlow. I am a Geology major at Appalachian State University, but my second love is Astronomy. I enjoy looking at other Galaxies and Nebulae the most. I don't generally look without some Pink floyd and The Doors to go along with it. If anybody has any suggestions about what to get next I would love to here them. Thanks.
