Wrest park meet 2

Went to Stockgrove Park in Leighton Buzzard last night with my camera to try a few widefields. It was 8.30-ish before it started getting properly dark. 7.45 should allow the scope and our eyes to acclimatise nicely.

Can you post if you're thinking of coming along so we have some idea of the numbers

Jut been out in the garden with my binoculars......its clouding up nicely in preparation for tomorrows meet!!! :(

Yeah it's not looking promising here now. Mostly white clouds now. It's typical really. Clear nights all week until the one night we want to be clear! Damn it

Looks like it is clearing up. There are still a few hazy clouds but it is a lot better than it was. What does everyone think?

Been away from a signal. Just arrived and didn't see the chat earlier. It's a bit hazy in places and clear in others. I'll hang on for a bit to see if there's any improvement.

That's pretty much what it's like here. The clouds are moving away but more on the horizon heading this way.
