Surprised at the amount of colour

I took this image of M17 (Swan Nebula) from COAA, using an unmodded Canon 350D at prime focus. I was surprised at the amount of colour in the image.

Hi Ron,

This is a single JPEG (I haven't got round to looking at the RAW yet). It is a 90 second exposure at ISO800. I just wish I had taken about 20 of them - a stacked image would be good. But I am just dipping my toe into guided images, so was trying to get just a couple of shots at each of a number of targets, to get a feel for how easy / difficult it was.
