First proper go of doing an automated imaging run using APT and Canon DSLR attached to recently replaced 80ED atop a NEQ6.

15 x 1 minute ISO1600 subs (for faint nebula) + 15 x 1 minute ISO400 subs (for core). Both sets of subs stacked in DSS then combined in Photoshop.

Turned out better than I thought it would with the moon being so close.

Thanks Guys.

No QM, no darks/flats/bias. Didn't think it would be worth it as I assumed (incorrectly) that it would be a bit washed out due to the moon.

As it turned out, it wasn't at all bad.

Next time I'll do it properly. :)
