Suffolk Star Party - end of March

Hi folks

I just got forwarded details of a small star party being organised by the Breckland Astronomical Society at a camp site up near Saxmundham, Suffolk on March 23rd - 26th.

It's about half an hour, 40 mins max north up the A12 from Ipswich, so megga local for a few of us.

I am waiting to hear what pitches are still available but wondered if everyone wanted to try and meet up at the event, share a few beers and camp for a night even if the weather is bad? I'm probably gonna have to miss SGL7 now as I can't really afford the journey, but this is deffinitely viable.

Anyone else up for it?

Hmm, from the description, that could well be Carlton Meres, which I've mentioned here before.

I'd deffo be up for this - might be a bit chilly for the Mrs and the kids however!
