I was in Portugal, at COAA last week. Just after dinner we piled out the house and stood watching the ISS and shuttle pass overhead - separated only a little. Two nights later, the ISS passed overhead and looking at it through a 12" Dob, it looked a little like one of the Empire's fighters in Star Wars - you know, the wee fighters with the two wide panels at the end of their wings.
