Yes and no.

Depends on the size of the filter v's available "spare" filter cells. Both the diameter and the thickness can be an issue.

I've just bought a CaK filter of eBay, but it's 1" diameter....

With a few wraps of gaffa tape, I've managed to get a good fit in a standard 1.25" filter cell......
