Hello everyone, just signed up after reading lots of very interesting and useful posts on here. Got my first scope about 6 weeks ago after a lifetime of interest in the night sky. I'm still very much a beginner but looking forward to learning more!

Loving the new hobby so far, just gutted I didn't take it up sooner!

What scope did you opt for? I went for the Skywatcher Skymax 127 Synscan. Really pleased with it so far, great on the moon and Jupiter.... still need to master Mars and haven't had chance to see Saturn yet.....
