Signed. Devon County Council is introducing part night lighting where the street lights go off at 12.30 and turn back on at 5.30 until dawn. It has made a huge difference on our estate where it used to glow all night.

I have been reading about devon councils plans to switch of the lights and it says its in progress for ivybridge. Last night I fell asleep in front of the tv and woke at 2am to find all the lights off. Dont know if it was a powercut but im waiting up till 12.30 tonight to see if its finally in place. Noticed someone doing something with the lights last week.
