Flaming-Star Nebula

Recommended Posts

Here is the Flaming-Star Nebula in H Alpha , approximately 3 hours with the TOA130F and ST10.

A tangled mess of hydrogen gas and dust approximately 1600 light years from Earth. Listed as Caldwell 31 which also includes IC410. This is the central region as the complete nebula is quite large.

>>>You never know when to stop playing with the adjustments!!! <<< I have pulled back the brightness on the second image to control the noise in the weaker nebula areas.

I hope you like it.
