Just a quickie 6.2.12

I got home from a very long day on the road, to tired to bother to be honest, but a lovely full moon was calling, so i set up the little Vixen 80 custom, seem to be using this scope more and more, the optics are so sharp.

Straight to the lunar surface, and first to Tycho with 18mm bst, very good, me thinks a bit more power, so in with the 12.5 circle T ortho, very sharp, spent a little time viewing some of the craters around Tycho, namely Stofler, Clavius D and Arzachel, i just never tire of lunar views, i used the revelation ND 0.96 grey filter as its full moon, and have to say its a really good filter, just takes the edge of the lunar brightness and helps pick out a little more detail
