SXVR-M25C and the Moon

Did any SXVR-M25C ever aim at the Moon, only to be met by an astonishing amount of artefacts and streaks galore? Is the Moon just too bright a target for this camera even at 1/10000 sec exposure?

Perhaps time for me to bolt that trusty ol' Canon to the focuser?

I'm very pleased with my Canon EOS 1100D on the moon This is just a single image with ED80 and 2x Barlow. First attempt with this camera too.

Such a nice pic Gina, kinda what I expected from my cam, but this little thing is a different beast altogether... Luckily my 600D is in a cupboard somewhere and I'm itching to put it to use on my SW120... Just before the Moon goes full.
