My scope is here

Well I arranged a mutually beneficial swap with a fellow photographer for some professional battery powered studio equipment and he's been round with the resultant scope

So I now have:

MAK 180

NEQ6 synscan

A number of quality eye pieces/original ones and other bits and pieces......

I have the instructions etc but I only got out of hospital last week and I can't even lift the counterweights

Oh well, at least I have the kit ready to use even though I can't use it!

What's worse is that I'm just putting an order together with FLO for a few extra bits which I won't be able to use either

SO I'll just have to lie here and look at all the great stuff that everyone else is posting

Its worth the wait, dont rush to use the equipment only to find out a little later on you've caused damage by rushing.

Make sure your fully fit before trying to move everything, you dont want to damage it or yourself

It is just sooo tempting but I really can't yet.

If you are finding the NEQ6 a bit heavy I am more than happy to swap it with an EQ5

Have fun and wait till your fit .... them stars will still be there
