Any one tried fornax 10 LighTrack?

Interesting. The wedge and polar scopes are much cheaper too. I think this will compete with the Vixen Polarie rather than Astrotrac.

I have used one and it works very well indeed - quirky design but accurate tracking.

thanks steve, i was looking at it as a cheaper type of device to the astrotrac, i dont need a wedge (as i have my kson one) and it attaches to proper tripod too with correct bolt, on ther site FORNAX 10 LighTrack theres the pe chart is it good, i was thinkin of using it just for 58mm 135 mm lens maybe even push to 200? no scope though

I used one with my Canon 450D (in JPEG mode, oh the shame of it!) and my 200mm focal length Canon 200L lens with 180 second exposures and this was the result:-

that looks pretty amazing steve would you say its a good alternative to the astrotrac as its more in a price range for me
