New forum section

Hi all,

More and more of us are using bino's. So we thought that we would trial a section just for them.

As always if the interest isn't there and the board isn't used much well incorporate it back into the Scopes board.

I've moved a couple of threads in already - but will do more over the next day or so (it's a bit time consuming and I'm supposed to be at work )
