Hi fellow stargazers on here, just this minute registered here.

I have been looking on here for a week now since I found this forum seems to be a good starting point to get some good advice.

:)

Just a bit about myself, santa bought me a telescope for christmas. :D My main hobby is photography of a broad range of subjects from landscapes to wildlife. Also now the universe

My telescope is a Jessops TA1100-102 Reflecting scope with 6mm

12.5mm and 20mm eyepieces and a moon filter. I have a 3x barlow lens as well but by what someone was saying and by the tests I have been experimenting with is not much use. Weather permitting :)

Done better without, hence my profile pic of the moon taken with my Nikon D60 SLR. I am intending to take some more images of the things in our fabulous universe. :D:eek: Well off to ask questions and learn hopefully lol

Regards Carl :)
