My Best Image Yet

Hi everyone,

I have been out tonight and managed to get a few AVI's of Jupiter. I have still being having problems with onion rings even though the gain was quite high on some Anyway, the settings for the image are as follows: [Philips SPC 900NC PC Camera]

Frame Divisor=1

Resolution=640x480

Frame Rate (fps)=10.00

Colour Space / Compression=YUY2

Exposure=-7

Brightness=38

Contrast=37

Saturation=32

Gamma=0

ColorEnable=255

BacklightCompensation=0

Gain=50

2X Barlow was also to increase size so the sharpness isn't the best but it is OK

Any advice would be welcome if you have any

I tried the same last night with mine. I was hoping someone with a similar set up would post a picture.

I tried various settings but couldn't get it as sharp as your's. When I tried with the moon the seeing wasn't great either.

Hopefully someone with the know how will be along soon.

Very nice! Great job! So is it possible to show the moons in the image too? I never really thought about it, just noticed.
