Free Image processing software

Recommended Posts

I use ImageJ at work (we used in in the course computer vision until it was replaced by MatLab). It is quite good, allowing easy implementation of plugins. Not all built-in plugins are written very efficiently, however. It is not so much a photoshop replacement, but more of a scientific processing and analysis tool.
