QHY Frame Rate is Low

Hi,

I have a QHY5 (mono) and it is running the latest drivers on the QHY website. I bought the camera 3 years ago and I have decided to try it for planetary imaging. Reading the latest information on the QHY5 web page tells me I should be getting much higher frame rates than I am. With noise reduction and gain boost both off and imaging area set to 640x480, I am only able to get 27fps - as shown by QVideo. The recorded video states only 10fps. The exposure duration is set to 0 or 1ms and the connection is USB 2.0 to a reasonably spec'd Win7 laptop.

Any ideas how to get a higher frame rate or do other QHY5 owners experience the same?
