Imbrium 16 pane mosaic

Can't beat Jupiterholic's beauty but this is my best mosaic effort in my short experience. 16 pane mosaic from stacked afocal video. Canon Digital Ixus 800IS. 10mm eyepiece and x2 Barlow. Sky-Watcher 150 Explorer Newtonian. Processing in Registax 6 and Photoshop. Stitched in Microsoft ICE. Colour blend layer from aligned DSLR shot.

Hey no way! this is stunning. Almost feels like its moving across the frame from bottom right. You caught more surface area than me too. And afocally! I couldn't get anywhere near this if I was shooting afocal. My hat is off to you.

Julian, that's a great lunar mosaic, well composed and beautifully rendered, especially given the fact it was taken afocally. I like the detail. Very well done!
