Carole, one last point about reducing colours and applying them selectively. I use photoshop a lot and my favorite way of dealing with colours now is to duplicate the image then reduce or increase colours just using the rgb channels with curves. After I have done that I apply a hide all layer which hides what you have done. I then use a soft brush with reduced opacity and flow to gently paint back the colours where I want them. I did a tutorial for it as part of 13 tutorials here. Hope that helps QM
