Why doesn't someone tell skywatcher to do these mods as standard if they vastly improve performance?

That blacking the edge of the secondary mirror looks like a great mod.

I have a 150p and collimated it last week, the reflection was really difficult to judge.

My tube is flocked but the focusser tube is silver so blacking that sounds like a plan too

Great scope Damo636, and some good ideas for modifying. I must get a black permanent marker pen and blacken the edge of the secondary on my 14" Flextube GOTO.
