antimorris
Fantastic M45! What length subs were you using (or combination of sub lengths) for your Luminance filter?

Tom OD
Thanks very much everyone.Anna I was using 10min subs in Lum, which I had just originally intented to use as the dim dust background. However with the Baader filters and the bright stars 10mins worked out very well. Very little halo-ing or bright heat flares as I call them. I had to 3min subs on the RGB filters though, as I find the heat flaring is worse than the Lum filter. Maybe I have an issue with my filters I don't know.Tom.
