Planetary Image Train

I now have an Atik filter wheel.

I'm not sure of the best way to get it all hooked up

Is this the norm?

Telescope > Diagonal > Barlow > Filter wheel > DMK Cam ?

Iv'e managed to get the cam connected to a Sky watcher X2 barlow (with the lens unscrewed) which will in turn connect to the Wheel. Can't help thinking the chip is now too far out to come to focus.

Is there a lower profile adaptor I could use?

Would be nice to see some pics of other peeps set-ups?

Personally I would remove the diagonal from the imaging path. The extra air/glass surfaces with degrade the image and is adding unnecessary length to the imaging train.

Thanks for the replies.

The 200k won't grip the X3 Tal barlow.

The grub screws don't reach far enough .....

Just tried the shorty plus X2 and it holds onto that no problem.

TV X3 is obviously the way forward

*EDIT* The 4x imagemate fits OK too. Just the pesky X3 which is the one I use won't fit *EDIT*
