Just incase anyone is interested, the following location is incredible at night.

There's a big car park and lots of flat spots all over the hills and mountain too.

Always interested in dark sites   . Had a look on Google Earth, appears to be a disused quarry near by ?

Would be nice to get away from the road and passing headlights, but noticed at least one gate in the dated photos.
