Recommend me a lunar observing book

I'm looking for a new hobby for moony nights, I think lunar observing might fit the bill. So can you recommend me a good book to take me through for example the lunar 100.

A lunar equivalent of TLAO or IGAW.

A good lunar iPod app would be appreciated too.
