Would you be happy with this guiding graph?

Cable tidy has been removed and the Astronomiser small box that deals with the power to my camera has been taped to the tripod leg, whereas before it did dangle loose. I'm sure that wouldn't have been the problem?

Just a suggestion, but why not try taking a range of exposure times in the same position (say from very short, 5 sec, up to 10 min).

Then look and see what changes in the distortion over time. If its something like a misalignment in the camera train or field distortion, its likely to be fairly independant of time.

If it gets worse the longer the exposure, then it could be cable dragging or telescope/gs sagging or similar

If it seems random and not time dependant, then its something else.

If you have time, you could also try a more limited range of exposures for different mount positions, to see if that affects it.

The more data you have, the more likely it is to spot whats wrong.
