Hi guys and gals ,well at last i done it , spent most of the night up getting this , being totally deaf helped i think , as i could not hear the wife nagging , the sky cleared lovely , and the seeing was the best in 7 years , and wow what an image , well pleased , bet no one can top this

Amazing Rog, I think your'e right no-one will top that, now how many years will it take me to get one half that good,

Holly Cow! If Hubble took that it would be a good image! That is breathtaking, I never thought it was possible to take this quality of images from Earth. That has to be the next one to be published.

that image is rubbish Rog, you should be ashamed to post something of such poor and rubbish quality....I could have taken something better through my 6x30 finderscope with a box brownie. Without doubt the worst image of 2007......a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!

now go back and start again. Your focus is well off, there's no detail, barely see Cassini and colours are awful.

oh no you mean its not jupiter, I would'nt have noticed anything to do with the angle of the sun, sorry I really am new to this, and having met Rog I thought he was a nice guy, shows how 1st impressions can be misleading. (only kidding Rog)

Nice one but having seen your DSO's I would expect anything to be good.
