The 4mm will give you 375x at f/11.81 (4/1500) which is a little too high - Highest Practical Power (Potential): x254, which gives you (1500/254) 5.9055 max power, so a 6mm would suit your aperture in my view, according to the published details for this scope, that doesn't mean that seeing conditions will allow this, just good to know your maximum so you don't waste any money on higher power.

The 6 is a good idea, but also get a something in the order of 10mm. I tend to use my C8 at up to 250x max, and that is a much bigger scope. The combination of a 12 and 8 mm might be a good pair: 12mm gives you the theoretical optimum (125x), 8mm gives you 50 % more magnification (187.5x). If you get a good 2x barlow you get the 250x as well.
