orion autoguider install to 8" Newtonian

Hi everyone. Was wondering if someone could help me. I've ordered a 8" Orion f/4.9 1000mm reflector, Orion Awesome AutoGuider Refractor Telescope Package and Orion Atlas EQ-G GoTo. Do I need to buy any additional tube rings to mount the refractor onto the reflector? or will it bolt up to existing tube rings on the reflector that holds the dovetail bar for the mount? Everything should be shipped in a couple of weeks, was wanting to have everything I needed.

This will be my second scope and my jump into astrophotography. Been using a Nexstar 4SE and I'm unfamiliar with reflectors, eq mounts, etc.

Hello and welcome to SGL

The guidescope is supplied with everything you need to attach it to your existing telescope rings. The guidescope has its own mounting plate, which bolts to your telescope rings and a set of guide rings. Orion Telescopes: Orion Awesome Autoguider Refractor Telescope Package has a set of instruction sheets for the package.
