Bracket for SP Mount

Hi all

I need to make a bracket to attach a Declination motor to my SP Mount, the later mounts had them moulded into the top plate mine must of missed the boat as it was a extra that bolted onto the mount, if any body has some pics and or measurments I would be eternally gratefull.
